Here I go again...same blazer different outfit. I'm in LUST with this particular item. It makes any ordinary outfit POP with that coral hue...especially with this rust skirt. It's almost like a monochromatic look, but not really. Anyways, I love it and that's the bottom line. :)

This is what I wore to Michael Jackson's Birthday Bash on Monday night at the W Hotel. It was a night of celebration in honor of his birthday.

Sunday was "Date Night" with the mister. We ate at PF Changs and went to the Arclight: Beach Cities and saw "Our Idiot Brother." Paul Rudd is so chill in this movie. I LOVE HIM!!! It was funny and cute at the same time. You should go watch it.
I purchased this F21 blazer a couple of days ago and am getting compliments everywhere. It was a smart and chic purchase. I was in the mood to wear it and was in the color blocking zone. This blue dress has been sitting in my closet since June. I was to wear it as part of my 4th of July outfit, but instead saved it and forgot about it until Sunday. I wore it and saw my coral blazer and bam...color blocking happened. I loved it.

We arrived at Garberville late Friday night and we (John and myself) were basically preparing to shoot our first official wedding the following day for my friends Molly & Chris. The wedding was to take place at a camp site in the Redwood National Park and it was beautiful (except for the bug bites).

John and I decided that a road trip to Humboldt for my friend's wedding in the Redwoods would be a good idea. Although it took about 14 hours to get to Garberville from Los Angeles (including breaks).Of course like many people do, we took turns driving and had breaks in between. Our first break was at Pea Soup Andersen's, where they are famous for their split pea soup. We randez-vous with Bill and had breakfast after 4 hours of driving on the I-5. They had spit pea soup while I ate a delicious California omelet.
After eating a delicious breakfast, we headed to San Francisco and ran some errands in the city. Mainly to buy last minute things and to just hit the city because it was on our way. As we were walking around, John and I were pretty much the only ones in shorts. Everyone else had autumn or winter attire. It was 53(degrees)F! ON A SUMMER DAY! Bill was explaining that the only time that the bay experiences hot days is in October.
We continued our road trip on the 101-N crossing the Golden Gate bridge and the rainbow tunnel. Fog was coming as we were driving and I thought for a second it was autumn. Driving through 101 to Northern California makes you feel like you are driving in another state. We came across an ample amount of vineyards and countryside views that were amazing. I wanted to stop and snap for photos, but we were on a schedule to arrive at the Benbow Inn. The only other stop we had along the way before arriving was at Willitz. This city is nothing like any southern California city. Population was about 5,000 people. It was a city from a movie...a countryside city.

I think this shirt is my favorite concert tee. I purchased this at the Julian Casablancas solo at the Downtown Palace Theater about 2 years ago as a souvenir. It was a great show as far as I can remember. His solo music is very catchy and I remember dancing to the beat.
I love that I can pretty much wear this with anything...casual, chic, or a rock look. It just depends on how I wear it. I also love that it's light and versatile.

I wore this outfit when Patrice and I attended a free Lady Gaga show about 2 weeks ago. I've been really busy with many things and couldn't update asap. Her performance was awesome. She is really good live. But any who, here it is.
