Jimmie turned 5 a few days ago. For his birthday, we all decided to go to the magical kingdom: Disneyland. It was hist first visit and may I say that it was a long day. In the end, it was great to see the childrens' excitement. I hope they remember all the memories that we created that day.

The day has come where my little brother, Jesse, attended his prom. I am glad to see that my little brother and his date, who both look amazing, are able to make memories together. I am proud and look forward to more memories to come.

Ain't nobody messing with my clique. My nephew is fresh and learning from the best.

The gang and I drove to Vegas and had an amazing time! We were in a three bedroom suite, went to lounges, fancy dinners, walked in style, drank all day, etc. Can't wait for next time!

Last weekend John and I spent it in Portland, OR. It was a quick getaway and we managed to walk part of it. It was cold and luckily it did not rain. We ate at breweries, rode the MAX, walked along the waterfront, ate donuts, and much more. Definitely going back.

I was invited by a friend to go up to Solvang for a Sunday Funday along with my sister and her fiancé. Solvang is a small Danish town in Santa Barbara, California. It was fun to see the ostriches and enjoy the architecture from Denmark. We walked and walked some more. I recommend this activity for anyone with a free day.

Christmas eve is the day that my family celebrates. John and I hosted this year at our new place and we all had a great time. It was great sharing, exchanging, and opening gifts. The smile on my nephew's face was priceless.

Our next stop in this trip was Liverpool, the Beatles' home town. Not only did we stay the Hard Day's Night Hotel, we also signed up for their Beatles Tour. He drove us all around town to different sights, including John Lennon's birthplace and his house, Paul's school and house, Ringo's old and new house, George's birth/home place, Penny Lane, Strawberry Field, the church where Paul & John first met, Eleanor Rigby's and Father McKenzie' grave. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget.
