Last weekend John and I spent it in Portland, OR. It was a quick getaway and we managed to walk part of it. It was cold and luckily it did not rain. We ate at breweries, rode the MAX, walked along the waterfront, ate donuts, and much more. Definitely going back.

Finally today we get gorgeous weather! Mother Nature provided us with lower 70s today and it will continue for the rest of the week (my inspiration for wearing white pants). It called for an alfresco lunch. Too bad I will be traveling to Portland tonight for a quick getaway (back to the cold).

I was invited by a friend to go up to Solvang for a Sunday Funday along with my sister and her fiancé. Solvang is a small Danish town in Santa Barbara, California. It was fun to see the ostriches and enjoy the architecture from Denmark. We walked and walked some more. I recommend this activity for anyone with a free day.

Last month, we flew over to Canada for leisure. We chose Montreal because I wanted to see their foliage, however, it turns out we were a little too late. Note to self: mid to late October is foliage month.

Warning: late post. For my birthday, I decided to go to Disneyland and have an Umami dinner with my friends. Of course, it wasn't the same day, but it was the same week.

Gloomy autumn weather in LA called for sweaters, jackets, and beanies. I was inspired by Song of Style for this look. Off white and silver is most definitely amust for this holiday season.

Finally posting my pictures from London as part of my UK trip from September. We went to several different places including Abbey Road, Harrods, London Bridge, Picadelly Circle, Knight Bridge, etc. I loved their vibe and it is such a fast city.

Our next stop in this trip was Liverpool, the Beatles' home town. Not only did we stay the Hard Day's Night Hotel, we also signed up for their Beatles Tour. He drove us all around town to different sights, including John Lennon's birthplace and his house, Paul's school and house, Ringo's old and new house, George's birth/home place, Penny Lane, Strawberry Field, the church where Paul & John first met, Eleanor Rigby's and Father McKenzie' grave. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget.

It's been a long break since I have last posted. It's been busy with lots of changes and an overseas trip. I finally gathered photos from our trip and am finally posting. The first city we visited was Glasgow, Scotland. We were there for 2.5 days and took the train over to Stirling Castle. I never thought I'd be visiting a castle ever. John made it happen though.











































The weather varied throughout our stay in Glasgow. It was sunny one day and the next day it rained for a little. The city was filled with brick roads, amazing architecture, history, green grass, blue skies, and cool taxis that I wished we had here. Their transportation system allows you to go EVERYWHERE! It was a lovely to be in Scotland.
